Potato Quiche with Smoked Salmon


Ingredients:  Yield: 4 portions

2 lbs Potatoes, 2 cups fresh Cream, 6 Eggs, pinch Nutmeg, pinch Salt

and White Pepper, 6 oz Smoked Salmon, 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese


Peel Potatoes and slice 1/8 of an inch thick. 

Boil in Salt Water till soft, place into baking pan.

Mix Cream, Eggs, Seasoning, Salmon and Cheese together, pour 

over Potatoes.

Bake at 400F° for 40 minutes and Serve hot.
